An option chain is like a menu. Each row is a strike: the price the option lets you buy the stock at (a call) or sell it at (a put). Calls are on the left and puts are on the right. Shaded cells are in the money, which means the option would be worth something if it expired right now. For calls that is a strike below the $154.77 stock price. For puts it is a strike above it.
